We have more apartments under construction (2 and 4 bedrooms under construction) However, the phase that is already completed are for our executive series. LARGE one bedrooms and one stories. Almost the same floor plan on each but prices will vary from 1100-1250 per month depending on the terms of your lease and the location. Funds are due at signing. You have to have the first months (+ prorated, if any), last months and a $500 deposit. Minimum funds needed is no less than $2,700 at signing. In return, you will not have to pay another rent payment until after 30 days from your move in. Also, you won't have to pay your last month you are in the apartment. This is for everyone.
Our 4 bedrooms (under construction) are rented by the room. They will be located away form the 1-bedroom executive series closer to the pool, gym and outdoor grilling area. These 4 bedrooms are nothing like any other apartment complex in Huntsville. Town home style (no outdoor stairs like the condo style) Bountiful common area in the kitchen, living and covered outdoor spaces (completely furnished with comfortable furniture). Each bedroom is more like a large suite. Each one of those suites should have it is own mini-freezer/refrigerator, microwave. Large bathroom , large closet and large bedroom. Queen-size beds and some furnishings. (you will need your own bedding). the "by the room rentals" (not the conventional leases) offer a special discount for grade points in school. We will offer discounts for the grade point average of the previous semester you were in college (with in the last year) Lot of details and restrictions to ask for in this offer but in short, a 4.0 = to a $50 per month discount and 3.6 is = to a $10 a month discount.
